Pros
I really enjoy working with my team. We all are so busy, but we still make sure to help each other out when and where we can. Everyone here can actually take a joke and be human. No micromanaging, we are each able to take ownership of our roles which allows for more freedom, growth and personal accountability. I absolutely love that I am not treated differently for being a working mother which I cannot say was the case with my previous employers.
Cons
My office is not located on a beach... in all seriousness recruiting can be a very stressful position which sometimes doesn't get the respect that it deserves. This is nothing to do with Tailored Management, just a fact of life. My con is also a huge pro, we are constantly growing and so busy that we are bursting a the seams therefore we are always searching for talented recruiters that will be as eager and devoted as the rest of us. Please see previous comment about recruiting sometimes not getting the respect that is deserves (from outsiders). I do not like that we are viewed as "just a temp agency" because we are so much more than that and we really work for our candidates as well as our clients!
