3yThank you for your feedback. It has never been nor will it ever be the intention of management to set anyone up for failure and I'm sorry you feel that way. Our quest is to create an environment where everyone can succeed, if not, what's the point? If our associates fail, then our clients become disenfranchised and eventually leave, resulting in our demise.
Metrics are a tool we utilize to provide clear guidance to recruiters of their performance toward company & personal goals. We do this because recruiters requested data to measure how they are performing in relation to meeting their income goals. Your comment about requisitions or lack thereof is concerning and appreciated. This indicates that you may not have been properly trained or introduced to the open market which displays requisitions company wide, any of which you are able work on. If this is the case I apologize and will use this feedback as a means to implement better training. I welcome any additional feedback regarding your experience at Tailored Management.
