Thank you for sharing your thoughts, really appreciate your transparency and your great comments about the team and the culture. Seems like there is a lot that you appreciate with working at tails.com which is great to hear. I’m also aware that we could do more when it comes to ethnic diversity. Gender diversity I think we do pretty well (57% women in Senior team, 56% women in general at tails.com) and I’m glad to hear that you haven’t perceived any discrimination, but I think we could do more in this area. This week I am facilitating a recruitment training for hiring managers at tails.com where one topic is diversity which I hope will trigger some good discussions and reflections.
