Pros
A fast-paced office environment, great for anyone who wants to grow professionally and enjoys a challenge. Colleagues are all very friendly and they really value creating a positive environment for everyone - was really impressed with their diversity and inclusion sessions. Very flexible and not afraid to listen to its employees. Although not all suggestions are acted upon, they are infinitely better than many other places. As someone else said, leadership is very down to earth and there is a great mix of men and women in senior positions.
Cons
Not really a con, but the benefits could be a little better.
