Pros
It's one of the only "silicon valley" style startups in Winnipeg! Fast growth, smart team, and everyone is really passionate. I had a lot of autonomy and got to work on really interesting problems even as a junior. The culture was awesome as well. Really highly recommend it.
Cons
It's a small company so there wasn't always an expert I could ask for help. But the founders were as supportive as possible and honestly, I think not having someone to ask was a good thing because it forced me to learn a lot more.
