Pros
Insurance is good. You get PTO but it's likely that it will get denied.
Cons
No home work life balance. It says managers work 40 to 55 hrs a week but it's mandatory 55+ even when staffed. You PTO can be denied. You have to jump through hoops to take a sick day. Upper management is rude. You work every Saturday and 1 Sunday out the month. Hours for managers are 6am to 5pm or 6:30am to 5:30pm 5 days a week. They over work you. You ask for a raise and they get mad and deny it. Even if it's been over a year since you had one. You pay sucks compared to the hours you work. They hound you to hit certain hours and staff but refuse to allow you to get more staff in the door with out firing people and working yourself in the ground.
