      Techs paid extremely low rate which leads to high turnover rate, management is expected to handle too many things to get done by themselves, and management is expected to work over 55 hour work weeks

      Flexible Schedule and relatively easy work.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay - lower than advertised Told overtime was available but it wasn't Schedule changed from day to day, and even on the day Was told could make more selling, but was kept in pit Business was dead most days
