Go ahead and join this organisation if you are in for casual racism and sexism and open threats. This organisation had an immense potential to grow huge, but was ruined by absolute dumbest decisions by the upper management which led to an entire department quitting. There is no job security, even if you are performing well or meeting expected standards when it comes to the delivery of projects. Raising concerns is worthless as the management are way too gutless to resolve major issues of the employees.
