The culture is great. Truly a family atmosphere. The new President is making changes that will only make the company better and seeks feedback from all employees. The company is growing. One of the best places I have EVER worked!!

Pay is not the best, but the culture, location and the extra things the company does makes up for it. Growing pains do happen as the company expands.

Product is high quality, best in industry

Product is expensive..but worth it for low cost long run maintenance
