Pros

i wouldn’t give any pros because they were not honest from the phone call to the interview, during interview and not even on boarding

Cons

i was originally told $800 a week base pay plus gas and commission for sales. i was told this on the phone before agreeing to interview. during the interview i was told $750-$800 base pay which i found strange but still willing to give a chance. 3 days before my on boarding day i sent an email and text asking to receive documentation of payment structure before wasting my time. did not hear back until morning of my on boarding, still decided to go and see. sat through a whole hour long meeting, an hour presentation, finsihed other paperwork before finally getting to the pay and was told gas was only $10 a day not mileage to campaigns, base pay is $40 a day and they added a commission as if it was guaranteed 1 sale per day. i declined the position due to being misinformed from the beginning and wasting my time.
