They give training for 4 months with 2500rs stipend(WFM ) sometimes they call in office. And after that 20 month of full time employment in company. Freshers they give chance is the most pros to start career in vapt or soc. Alternative Saturday off
Cons
2 year bond. If u break 2lacks + 15% tax. Salary is not good less than 2lacs(197800.56) rest other companies gives atleast 2.4 to 3 lacks for freshers for VAPT. Before joining company u need to make your bond on your own for that 1200-1300 rs u have to spend. The company won't pay u back the money. In probation period u need to use your own laptop only. The company won't give u laptop till probation period (4month) is completed. Less salary hike after 1 year.
