Pros

Everything about working with this company is great. Communication is very evident between everyone in the company. If I ever have any questions, there is always someone I can reach out to who is willing to help or even just brainstorm with me! I've been very pleased with the interactions I've had with their director, McKenzie. She really cares about every aspect of the company, and it's very obvious. She makes working along side her very easy! Not to mention she makes my job very easy by making sure she preaches compliance to anyone who may be new to the company to minimize any complaints. I actually started at Talbert and Associates as an intern, and I came back after graduating from college. This company has given me an amazing opportunity to grow into a director position. The amount of valuable experience I have gained here through my time with them is unmatched. My past job experiences never gave me the chance to grow at a fast pace, and they definitely didn't give me the opportunity to take on more and more responsibility.

Cons

I can't think of any Cons... It is a lot of hard work, but I wouldn't expect anything less. As long as you're willing to work hard and put in the time to get results, there are no cons

Pros

The people are kind and will teach you things and I’m sure they’re just still at the company is because they’re too far sucked in which is sad, but they are nice and friendly... sadly that’s the only positive. (Also this isn’t to say everyone isn’t talked poorly about behind each others backs)

Cons

While they aren’t “technically” a pyramid scheme as they love to remind everyone it resembles one very closely... you are making an hourly wage selling cell phones in the local Sam’s Club with gorilla marketing... you are told there’s room to move up which there is, but it’s only a title change... when interviewing for this job and are told the timeline for things just know that it isn’t true. One guy has worked there for years and has changed titles... that’s it he’s still making $10 an hour. McDonald’s, Target etc. all pay more with less grind. If you don’t make crazy numbers then you don’t get hours... but are still encouraged to work... but with no hourly pay. I understand they’re trying to build their company, but it’s sad they take advantage of people right out of school who are desperate to make a name for themselves and end up burnt out and out of a job within a couple months. It’s sad... truly.
