Pros

Talencio is a small but strong company. Very competitive company that will fight for their customers. Even though they are competitive they still have the heart to have and maintain a relationship with their employees and their customers. They pick each other up when one is in need for the mentality is "no on left behind." Overall a great company that not only has a heart for their company but for people in general.

Cons

When it comes to the software its not user friendly which makes it difficult to learn and comply with earlier on in the learning process.

Pros

Great location, in the North Loop of Minneapolis, I work with some of the best co-workers out there, and the President/Owner is one of the best leaders I've had the opportunity to work for.

Pros

Talencio is the smallest company I have ever worked for, which I was unsure how that would go for me - but I love the team, the atmosphere and the approach to our work. The level of integrity that is present is absolutely inspiring, and exactly what I was looking for - no politics here, just doing what is right by each other, the clients and candidates. The office is located in a hip, active and diverse part of town. Our CEO really ensures we each are leveraging our strengths in how we approach our work, and is flexible with our personal needs by supporting creative work schedules that meet business and client needs. It's a great experience, and I am proud to work here.

Cons

As much as I love where we are, the commute downtown from the suburbs can be cumbersome, and parking is tight. Because of our collaborative nature, there is a culture of being in the office the majority of the time (including lunch at our desks). Partnering this with the commute can be tedious, even with the mentioned flexibility. As this part of downtown is building up, this is just an inevitable consequence.
