Pros

Worked as a part of the internal team so far for close to two years and very much enjoy it. It is a startup (growing out of it) so there are a lot of roles you need to be willing to play but you truly can learn so much. Everyone working here, even overseas contractors, are very enjoyable to work with. Very impressed with the work culture and just overall environment.

Cons

None that I can think of to be honest. At times, it can get stressful but what job is not. I really think the one thing that is very refreshing is how much room there is for growth and the ability to have your ideas heard and implemented. Again, not many cons I can think of.

Colleagues are actually pretty nice.

Cons

The client pairing process is a long wait. Yet they hire so many agents just to be part of the waiting pool.
