From the minute you join it is all downhill. The gossip, nagging and political backstabbing is overwhelming and worse than a high school play ground. If you think you can go to the ceo or her pet manager team about it all you are in for a surprise because they are the worst of them all, ceo included. The blow ups when people resigned was popcorn worthy and would stun any business professional.
In the few years I was there, and the few since I've left, there have been nearly 200 employees come and go. Even the ceo's partner could not handle working with her after a few short months and left too.
There are temper tantrums that will give a 2 year old a run for his money, hissing fits and cuss words like I have never before witnessed. They can start there of circus because someone will pay to watch this all go down. Large fortune 500 companies don't even experience this amount of turnover. That in itself speaks volumes.
Whether it is fit for employment, is a totally different matter all together.
