Pros

Good pay, salary on time. Virtual meeting quite often. Connecting with co-founders every hour.

Cons

CEO is really cheap, he is just a money maker. He treats us like animals. He and his sales team thinks that we are robot. And call us anytime, usually they call after 6:30 PM only. And asks us to do job on same day. When day is already over, how can you ask us to work? If you pay 200% for that extra hours we are ready, but can't work without additional pay. And it's our call whether we need to work or not. You can't force us. And most importantly, please do not insult us in front of everyone, if there is something please raise it to individually, not publicly. You are already in a stage, where you need to save yourselves but without us, you can't. Please understand and respect us. Do not try to do same mistake again, otherwise history will repeat. And whatever you have today, you will loose that too.

Pros

Only good thing is the salary on time

Cons

My experience at TalentRecruit was disappointing due to an environment of constant micromanagement and lack of trust in employees’ capabilities. One of the biggest challenges was the CEO’s over-involvement in day-to-day tasks, even on the smallest decisions. This excessive control created a culture where teams couldn’t function independently or innovate. Employees often felt suffocated by the frequent interference and unnecessary scrutiny, which led to low morale and high attrition. Rather than empowering team leads or managers to take ownership, decisions were constantly overridden or delayed due to top-level micromanagement. The work environment is not conducive to growth or learning. Constructive feedback is rare, and initiatives often get stalled due to leadership’s hesitation to let go of control.
