Pros

Nice coffee machine and snacks

Cons

Salary is far too low, and when this was brought to managements attention by multiple people their solution was to introduce an asinine system online where you have to justify why you deserve to be paid a decent wage. Former manager told me to be exited about scheduling interviews because these candidate earn such high salaries, completely overlooking the fact that they’re actual employees are underpaid and overworked. They feed their employees lots of corporate buzzwords but have no intention of paying them for their hard work (some recruiters were literally working at 11pm with international clients). The CEO ventures out of his office occasionally to tell us how well the company is doing, but surprise surprise, all that extra money goes in his pocket while his staff are having to choose between eating and paying rent. No progression opportunities, no care for employees.

Pros

-Leadership genuinely care about you as a person. -The pay is fair

Cons

No real cons except the clients that TW supports can be a bit of a headache but it’s not a reflection of them.

Pros

You will work with some top clients who are great at their jobs.

Cons

In reading some of the other negative reviews, I feel like I could have written them. The bullying, the toxicity, the mean girl behavior. You will feel like you never left middle school. The US office is particularly awful and is run by management who have psychotic tendencies. Like to be bullied? Belittled? Talked about behind your back? Lied to? Yelled at? Do you appreciate constant passive aggression? Talent Works is the place for you. I have too many stories to share here, and the stories I heard from other employees after I got out were the stuff of nightmares. As others have said here, this job will be very, very bad for your mental health. When I left, management actually thought we could keep in touch and network. You burnt bridges with employees who went on to far better jobs at large enterprises, and you expect sales from that? Get a grip. The negative reviews are the real ones. Move on from any job here. In this market, there are plenty of better places to work.
