Since Talent500 operates under a larger parent company with multiple ventures, roles and reporting structures can sometimes feel unclear. At times, it was challenging to know who to align with or which priorities to follow, especially when working across different teams. Clearer communication and more structured reporting lines would really help streamline collaboration.
