Too much micro-management from the seniors.
Salary and payroll structure changing all the times without considering the effect on teachers.
Too many deduction in the name of penalties. Literally penalty for everything even for joining class 2 minutes late and you loose a good amount of your money.
Lack of growth even after giving years. No increase in my salary and once you start getting good pay they will change the pay structure again.
No transparancy for the employee and not addressing their issues.
Very poor timing and due to which I am having so much health issues. Now my whole career is at stake cause of their odd timings of class and not listening to the instructors health concerns. Gave lots of time to company and also sacrificed my sleep but when I started having issues with my health due to that they could not reduce even 1 hour of work load and asked me to leave. Work life balance is very bad here
Good company for freshers. You learn a lot as you start working directly with seniors and learn from practical experiences. There is a chance to grow fast if you have the right skills.
Cons
The start can be a bit intense since responsibilities build up soon after joining.
