      high pressure for imediate results , bit desorganization on comercial processes , difucult to grow and expect higher salaries and develepment on career

      Pros

      No pros; the last resort if you need a job.

      Cons

      They don’t pay overtime correctly, they don’t provide adequate support for business trips (and I’m not just talking about isolated cases), and they take a long time to process social security paperwork for both hiring and termination.
