Amazing culture but favoritism in leadership - Talent Lead Talentful Employee Review

Talentful is a great company to work for and genuinely cares about the employees. From day one, my manager was incredibly supportive, which made it easy to get up to speed quickly. Talentful works with some of the top clients who are using cutting-edge technology, so lots of learning and growing opportunities, Overall, it’s a very positive environment where you feel trusted and supported.

None that I can think of

Great colleagues. I loved working with my team members. I loved being able to bounce ideas off of your colleagues, either directly or through slack channels. I loved that they also encourages WLB and taking time off.

I feel that a lot of information that was discussed between Talentful and client was not actually disclosed to our team. We were all told that our contracts with client would not be extended and assured that we would be reallocated to other clients. Was also told that I would receive feedback following my contract. Neither were delivered. After my contract ended, I reached out multiple times regarding these issues and never received a response. This whole facade of caring about employers basically ends once you are off payroll.
