Honor your word. Since the first day of my employment with Talentful it was a disaster. I joined the team as a Talent Lead bringing a strong background leading teams. Upon my placement to my client, none of that was utilized. I was quickly put in a role that had nothing to do with my background. Additionally I was out on PTO and was laid off days prior to my wife giving birth. So much for taking care of their people. They push an image of inclusion and being a forward thinking company. It couldn’t be further from the truth. They are not veteran friendly, and we’re willing to end my employment while I was out on leave for my child’s birth. Zero ethics, zero honor, zero commitment to their employees. Biggest mistake of my career was choosing this company. Do not drink the kool aid, it’s not what you think or want.
