      -Building awesome companies from the ground up and the team is great to work with. -Everyone works hard around you and really great clients -Get to work with hyper growth startups -Learned more here in one year over 3 previous jobs

      -Sometimes too scrappy and a lot was expected from me

      Pros

      - We work with a super supportive team that is always there to help when needed - Have had a great learning experience in terms of sourcing, technical recruiting, and client management - Get to own your clients and manage the process as the point of contact - Great work-life balance

      Cons

      - Ramping up can be hard at first, but the team does try to support you as well as they can - As a startup, leadership is still developing processes (but the team does get a say in how these look and what works best)
