The company is really good and I would definately recomment to anyone. There are good projects/clients. The people here are very kind and helpful

I dont think there are any cons.

Good salary and incentives if you perform but if the company is in trouble they will delay paying your monthly salary too

Very poor management, employer is least bothered about business , no proper reposting structure
