1. Communication skills can be improved. 2. You can learn new based on the domain chosen. 3. We can communicate directly with the director, manager and anyone. 4. One of the directors is the one who can understand the concerns of an employee.
Cons
Money minded company. Fake trainers. They don't stick to the offer letter. For a very good student who studied in top universities, this job is not at all suitable. The trainers who don't have any other options work here but teaching is the passion told. Managers don't bother about employee's health conditions, they send trainers to college to get money. The manager does not follow rules but tells about rules to others. That is really disgusting.
