The people are by far the best part about working at Talentporte. Whether I need some help adjusting to their policies/procedures or if I just need someone to join me at lunch, I have been able to count on my peers from day one. Pros: - Culture - Work-life balance - Opportunities for growth

Highly populated area, so traffic can be tough (not compared to the city though).

Their recruitment and sales teams were able to answer all my questions surrounding the opportunity and my new employer, ensuring I was comfortable with my role before I made a major move in my career. Although I spend all my time on-site at my employer, I am still a Talentporte employee and they do a great job of building a lasting relationship.

Like I said, the recruitment and sales team at Talentporte make me feel like part of their team, even though I spend all of my time on-site. I only wish we had more interaction with one another.
