Pros
-You will gain project management skills. -Great people, Love my coworkers. -Very flexible hours (on the professional side) -Wonderful time off package. Total of like two months off if you use all the categories including sick, personal, vacation, bereavement and WFH. -Very diverse company. -Spanish speakers a plus, you will be given special treatment, or at least you'll get along with your Spaniard co-workers.
Cons
- Not the best management, but they are trying. - Uncertain future, however the company is pursuing other contracts. - Some blue collar roughness, but none that shouldn't be expected. - Pay will start on the smaller side, but if you show your value and and stick around they will try to retain you with increased pay. Be vocal and professional and they will listen.
