Pros
Pros does not exists here. The only that will be good is that with the way company is running it will shut down in a year or two.
Cons
1. No one knows basic English. 2. The manager is a racist. He can't communicate in English properly. If you are Spanish he will listen to you.If you know spanish he willl listen to you. 3.People who left earlier have warned this but I didnt listen. 4. They bring people from Spain and try to finish work as it is much cheaper to afford them. 4.Human Resources doesn't know on how to work and manage people. 5. They sure don't have proper knowledge of visa and green card. They need proper training. 6. They are in a huge loss. The company will be closed in a year. 7. DO NOT WASTE TIME IN APPLYING IN THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT A COMPANY TO WORK FOR. TRUST ME. 8. In my experience I have learnt nothing, no proper training was given in the first few months, whereas in my current company I have been thought well and was able to pick things up in a month. AGAIN, DO NOT BOTHER TO APPLY OR EVEN WORK HERE. THE OFFICE IS IN BAD LOCALITY, CRIME AREA.
