Pros
A beautiful place to work with the perks of working for a ski resort and private club. Great petiole in tjw company. Great restaurants in their food and beverage department.
Cons
Poor leadership with sr. management, and way too many of them. It crates a bureaucratic environment. The mid level managers run every aspect of day to day operations without the credit or compensation.
