Pros

Very relaxed management: you can be late multiple times with little to no repercussion, same goes with not being in full uniform, you can pretty much make up your own schedule. The members/patrons are very friendly and so are the team members for the most part and the menu is super easy to learn.

Cons

Promised good tips if you have a good personality and can connect with the members... Majority of the members don't tip because they are told by management that they don't need to tip because the serves are paid a good hourly rate... and so many don't. I worked many shifts with 2 or 3 servers plus a bartender with no members/patrons to wait on for hours. It doesn't matter how good of a personality you have you can't get tips when there is no one to get tipped from. (They also tend to over-staff!) They have a very high turn over with there food and beverage team... That's something you never wanna hear about the place you work.
