Pros
Talk English Class salary is higher than other companies which is the biggest reason why I am still working for them. According to the contract given to me, there will be deductions for missed classes, absences and so on. I missed a class once because of internet problem. I explained the situation to the Help Desk and didn't get any deduction. The salary is always on time and they also give performance bonuses.
Cons
The salary is given once a month and if you are fine with it, you won't have any problem then.
