Their clients and potential translators SHOULD KNOW THAT FREELANCERS DON'T GET PAID. The company actually doesn't deserve that 1 star, but unfortunately it's the minimum rate... I have worked as a linguist for this company for a couple of months. Delayed payments were the norm, but they finally paid after dozens of reminders. However, at some point, they ceased all payments and cut off all communication. As they have made it a system (see all the experiences reported on the Web), we can speak of EXPLOITATION OF LABOR. Now, they owe me more than EUR.700 and have been reported to the competent authorities in France and in the US.
