Pros
Good money in the high season, free golf, great discounts at hotels around the world. Plenty of active work and no cubicals. The view is beautiful and you get a daily meal when you work. Also every employee is given high quality shirts, jackets and hats for their uniforms.
Cons
Can be extremely hot in the summer while working outside. Sometimes extremely long hours during tournaments. Sometimes you may close then have to open the next morning, but it is not to terrible.
