Pros
One of the best people I've ever had to work with - a group of driven individuals, always ready to support each other from anywhere in the world. One of the biggest perks is the freedom it offers. The company embraces remote work 100%, allowing us to work from wherever and whenever we choose. As with any SaaS startup, the work can be demanding. However, the company compensates well for our efforts. The pay is good, and there are generous bonuses for those who go the extra mile. Mediocrity is not tolerated, and it's easy to tell when someone isn't pulling their weight. Those who can't keep up don't last long.
Cons
The HR department is virtually non-existent. This can be a challenge when you need assistance with administrative matters, the amount of free days we get is above average, which is a nice touch. Another con is that you can expect to receive messages at all hours of the day, which can be pretty annoying.
