Pros

None at all, this company do not care for their staff or customers. They are a fraudulent and misleading company. Do not work for them. The only pro is the other backpackers you meet who are working there but also getting scammed.

Cons

I worked for the company for over a month and got to know all of the team leads and other coworkers well. They promise great pay which is false info. We DO NOT have a minimum wage and are forced to create an ABN number upon arrival e.g. no minimum wage. This has meant that many people both base employees (me) and teamleaders who coach us are bringing home as little as $100 a week. This leaves staff unable to pay rent and vulnerable to homlessness.

Pros

Lovely group of lead generators, similarly-minded travellers looking for work abroad.

Cons

- Awful management across the lead generators and team leaders. Once they see you falter for more than 3 days, you're likely going to be sacked. - Get used to hearing 'you can't blame the map/territory', despite the firms target market being very specific and management being ignorant to previous data in that area, indicating it's likely to be incredibly difficult to secure any further leads there. - Expected to give your all with no guarantee of even getting a paycheck at the end of every week (due to it being commission only) and in tandem with the above points, you can be in a dire area for 3+ days and nothing to show for it. - HR is virtually non-existent and makes little to no effort to solve issues in a timely manner - Being a driver to the field ends up being a negative on your weekly paycheck due to a lack of compensation to cover fuel and tolls. - They take a portion of your paycheck every week as a 'bond' to cover any cancelled sales after leaving the company. However, this is essentially kept hostage for 3 months before you can even then request it back, and then ends up in a constant weekly chase and hassle due to poor organisation and communication internally.
