Cons
Owner is fiscally irresponsible with an inflated view of company value and self worth. Did not portray company honestly in terms of employee numbers or revenue to either internal staff or clients. Became an INC 5000 member by adjusting numbers rising from a start-up company to obfuscate the fact the company was very small and not actually growing in size or long-term revenue. Owner took expensive trips and spent money on fancy office space, extravagant parties and incidentals, but did not pay subcontractors or bills in a timely fashion. The company often did not have enough money to make it through the down times, and it experienced multiple internal employee layoffs over the past several years due to lack of funds. Highly recommend contacting a former employee before entertaining an internal sales, recruiting or administrative position with this company.
