      Good support from management. Not just considered a #, Homebased and good flexibilty in schedule when I had things going on.

      Schedule can sometimes be hectic inline with 135 charter

      Pros

      Incredible people to fly with, Decent schedule, decent pay, fantastic benefits. Always treated with respect by management, great equipment & tons of opportunity for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Typical 135 charter, the schedule gets hectic but your off time is respected. Pay isn't the highest in the industry but also isn't low, could always be better.
