      Great colleagues, cool product and customers. Career opportunities and ability to move both up and horizontally into new roles.

      Cons

      Workload is heavy and strategy is not communicated clearly by senior management. Pay and benefits are below industry standard.

      Pros

      Leadership is no nonsense and doesn't buy into the 'growth at all costs' mantra that plagues many other tech companies at our stage. The product is great and is ever evolving. No one is above pitching in to help out on projects or when issues arise. Genuinely great team. True belief in work/life balance exemplified by leadership.

      Cons

      The product is quite technical. We are globally dispersed to trying to coordinate between timezones for answers or internal meetings can be tough.

      no management, lack of transparency from leadership. Quota completely unrealistic. No promotion opportunities.
