I would not recommend this company to people looking for a supportive or transparent work environment. One of the main issues is the gap between what is presented during the interview process and the reality of the role. Expectations around responsibilities, progression, and salary development were not communicated honestly or clearly. Promises or suggestions made during hiring about growth and salary increases did not materialize. There is also very limited space for professional development. Career paths are unclear, and decisions about people’s progression can feel inconsistent or influenced by managers outside the person’s direct team. This creates a sense that internal mobility and development are not based on transparent criteria. Support for new hires is weak. Onboarding and guidance are limited, and employees are often expected to figure things out without enough structure or feedback. This becomes especially difficult when someone in the team is on leave or absent: the workload is redistributed informally, but without proper planning, resources, or managerial support. The result is that the rest of the team struggles to keep up. The most concerning aspect, however, is the lack of care in how people are treated. Difficult decisions are sometimes handled with very little empathy or consideration for the person behind the role. Business decisions are understandable, but the way they are communicated and managed matters. In my experience, the personal treatment was poor and did not reflect a healthy or respectful workplace culture. Overall, the company needs stronger people management, clearer communication, more honest hiring practices, and better support for employees. Until those issues improve, I would be cautious about joining.
