Work Schedule for me was 4 days a week while I was there. Standard Vacation time allotment, and a positive and supportive staff. Salary was very competitive. Benefits were average. Cutting edge design environment. Good CAD Equipment, and up to date software. Active software anti-piracy enforced policy.

They were some folks there that were somewhat resistant to a 4 day work week, or off site work (work at home). To remain competitive and progressive in their benefits to employees, they need to consider being more flexible and proactive with their policies. Smaller company with very limited resources slowed design testing. The most negative thing about this position was the cost of the insurance benefits, although it is not much larger then what I am now finding elswhere. I was spoiled at my previous employer who paid for our medical benefits.

A veteran friendly company in a great location

No work life balance whatsoever.
