Pros
Good family company. President is hands on and knows the business. Open to good ideas and encouraged to be innovative. Company has a pretty good image.
Cons
Not great in dealing with HR issues which could be seen as typical of a family run operation. Corporate office was quite political. Too small to be big and too big to be small. Expect a lot from their people. Not the place for a good work life balance. Micro managed at times.
