IP isn't strong enough for a single product company. Silo structure is controlled by CEO/MD and the original stakeholders who head the main departments, between these three people they have created a silo organization where they try and micro manage everything, hence back in 2014 two of the most solid Directors the company has had moved on, still unable to replace them. CEO/MD leads a culture of mistrust within the organization, even of it's customers.
