- Heads, leads and admin staff are all kind, nice and super helpful with an HR department that is always taking care of everybody. - Workplace is friendly, clean and respectful. - There is creative freedom with what you work as long as you stay within guidelines and the style. - Very respectful of your personal time. No overtime culture. Overtime is done only when completely required and it is fairly paid. - Different project types and styles keep creativity fresh.
Cons
- First and biggest of all, the pipeline is a disaster. it gets on the way of creativity and slows down processes. Small mistakes take a lot of steps to fix and working collaboratively is a mess. - Sup par equipment with mid-tier consumer grade hardware, which turns out in a lot of waiting times. - Communication between departments could improve to make work going up the chain easier instead of tedious.
