Emotionally draining and immature - Anonymous employee Tango Media Employee Review

Management is immature, unqualified and generally insensitive. Inappropriate conversations happen daily. Some staff is close-minded at best. At the worst, you will be told you are never doing enough. Manipulation is common. I have since left, but staff is now being made to sign confidentiality agreements about what goes on at the company. This is NOT okay.
