YourTango is seriously one of the worst places that I've ever had the misfortune of working for. The pay was low despite experience, benefits were laughable at best and they are now apparently asking employees to sign an NDA so they cannot speak about the emotional abuse that goes on over there, not to mention their unethical practices such as making people work during their vacation, accidentally letting the insurance expire, waiting months before paying freelancers. The turnover rate speaks for itself; most people have not lasted here more than a year. Do not be surprised if a sudden influx of good reviews come in, as the management will most likely order the employees to offset their terrible ratings and is known to ask employees to comment on posts. Avoid it at all costs.
