A great place to grow in the Drug Discovery field. The projects are intellectually stimulating, offering ample opportunities to develop new skills and broaden your expertise. Close collaboration between teams fosters cross-functional learning and knowledge-sharing.

Nothing major comes to mind.

There is a lot of comradery at Tango, and people genuinely seem to enjoy each other. I enjoy the increased work flexibility as Tango has rolled back the onsite requirements. The new CEO has been a welcome addition, and I foresee more positive changes being made.

Sometimes decision making isn't always clear, but leadership seems very receptive to feedback on this. If you don't like a fast pace, this will not be the place for you.
