Pros
I've had a really great experience working at Tango so far! * My team is really welcoming and work together as a group versus some other companies I have been a part of where the clinical team can feel overly competitive with each other * The science is really strong * There is such a sense of community onsite - everyone is so friendly and genuinely enjoy spending time with each other * I feel really looked after here - they spoil us with lots of great food and fun events that are actually fun (versus forced fun) * My team is really great at mentoring. It has been a steep learning curve but I have had lots of support and encouragement to grow and take on things out of my previous experience * I love our offices - so bright and modern and actually easier to get to than my last role in Cambridge *Very respectful about not having out of hours internal emails

* Tango is very agile and performance driven so for those less used to change or aren't performing well that could be a con
