      There's is no pressure about the work you're doing, you only have to delivery

      There isn't someone with a management position that can lead the teams, making it hard to build a good workflow, because we are only fixing something that broke, without making it better.

      Mesmo sendo um ambiente de trabalho bom é mal organizado os processos, as reuniões parecem que não tem um objetivo real e falta a execução do que foi alinhado
