My experience with Tanisha Systems was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The company shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for its employees. People are terminated without any valid reason, justification, or warning, which clearly reflects poor management practices and zero job security. There is no transparency, no proper communication, and no structured performance evaluation process. Decisions seem random and driven by internal mismanagement rather than actual employee performance. Instead of addressing concerns or providing support, the company takes the easiest route by abruptly terminating employees. This kind of toxic and unstable work environment can seriously damage someone’s career and mental peace. I strongly advise others to think 100 times before joining Tanisha Systems. If you value stability, respect, and fair treatment, this is definitely not the place for you.
