product is unbelievable - but sales cycles are long and un-realistic

Many: 1. 2 of 30 reps hit their sales goal, nationally. 28 people not getting paid. 2. No ramp up period - and no verifiable sales leads when you come in. 3. No Sales Strategy - anyone who tells you at a company that the channel strategy is to partner with CDW/SHI is a rookie and bush league. Get a plan! They don't have a strategic plan or vertical plan (Orion - hope you're listening). 4. Sales cycles - at least 14 months. That's 14 months without a commission check. 5. 6 people left in the last 2 months (effective 2/1 - 4/1). Turnover is massive. 6. 2 people that hit the number had the benefit of C-level relationship and didn't close the deal. 7. Run from this place.
